  • A Management Graduate and an Insolvency Professional having more than 18 years of experience in Financial and Management Advisory including Growth as well as Distress Advisory.
  • He expertise in dealing with various legal aspects related to Corporate Debt Restructuring, Recovery and Company matters
  • He brings with him his vast experience from his work life days with Apart from being partner in FinKonnect Capital Advisors LLP, he has worked with reputed organisations like Saffron Capital Advisors Pvt. Ltd., Kotak Mahindra Capital Company, Kotak Mahindra Bank and Brescon Corporate Advisors Limited.

Mr.Akhilesh Gupta

  • A Chartered Accountant by profession, having worked with a leading Pharmaceutical Company and there after into investment banking where he was responsible for fund raising through various channels. He brings with him vast knowledge about understanding the pulse of a borrower, financial institutions, funds, rating agencies and regulators.
  • He has excellent working relations with 50+ banks and financial institutions (Public, Private & Foreign, Government, Mutual Funds, Equity & debt fund), Rating Agencies etc.

Mr. Rajeev Ranjan

  • A Management Graduate and an Insolvency Professional by qualification, having worked with various notable Corporate Advisory firms in his career spanning more than 16 years. He specialises in Debt Syndication, Structured finance, Trade Finance and Credit Appraisal.
  • He has been instrumental in raising funds for various medium to large corporate and has assisted in arranging funds more than Rs. 5000 crores throughout in his carrier.

Mr.Nilesh Kothari

  • A Chartered Accountant having more than 10 years of experience. Mr. Kothari has closely worked with various textile companies in and around Kolhapur including M/s Abhishek Corporation Ltd, M/s Amit Spinning Ltd., M/s Maruti Cotex Limited, M/s Manibhadra Polycots and M/s Universal Cotex etc.
  • Gained hands-on experience of process of DRT, CLB, BIFR, restructuring and CIR and Liquidation process during his close association with stressed unit for more than 10 years. Specialized in various aspect of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process like claim verification, IM preparation, EOI and Resolution plan evaluation, etc.
