He has experience of over 20 years in dealing with major Financial Institutions, Banks, Mutual Funds and Venture Funds (PE funds) for raising funds in combination of Debt and Equity. He is known for having expertise knowledge and handling of all the major financial instruments

K Srinivas

Founder and Promoter of Saffron Capital Advisors Limited, Chartered and a Cost Accountant by profession plus a visionary with over 40 years of experience in financial services and a veteran in the capital markets having handled 55 IPOs
As the former Head of UTI Securities Limited, he was instrumental for creating a niche for UTI Securities Limited for managing issues in the Mid-cap segment and making it an industry leader and the top choice Investment Banker in this segment.

Ashwani Kumar Gupta

He has worked at senior positions with reputed corporates like JSW Ispat Steel Limited, Jai Corp Limited, T-Series Group, J K Industries Limited, Lupin Limited and Ashok Leyland Limited.

Ram Dayal Modi

A Master of Arts in Political Science (Gold Medalist) & CAIIB (Part I) and an ex-banker with more than 35 years of experience in dealing with various functional areas of banking and finance with a focus on lending, investment and management of distress assets. He was associated with State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur, State Bank of Patiala and State Bank of Mysore and retired as General Manager.

Satish Kumar Singhal

An astute Advocate and a Banker with more than 40 years of experience in Financial and Commercial matters. In 1989, he Joined legal department of State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur and has worked for more than 2 decades before retiring as Legal Head of SBBJ.
He is also an Empanelled advocate for State Bank, Vijaya Bank, the Nainital Bank Ltd., New India Insurance Company and is an approved Counsel for Meerut University, Meerut.
